KARPENTER products have the timeless design and guaranteed quality with its solid wood material. The solid wood is really durable and that makes a furniture lasts for generations. Other than that, we ensure the sustainability of the whole production process to protect the environment.
Currently we have no offline store. Should you want to directly see, touch and feel some of the products directly, our showroom is located in Jl. Parangtritis Km. 8 Bantul, DIY. Visit is allowed with prior appointment.
Clean your furniture with a very soft cloth and use only very mild cleaner without any chemical detergent and other inorganic elements. Clean immediately any spill or stain to prevent marks. Avoid direct contact with table wares by cover it with tablecloth and or coasters.
After we receive the payment, the order will be processed within 30 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holiday), depends on our production capacity at the time. Please consider that we need some time to validate the payment and to do the multiple layer of quality control.
The order can’t be canceled after payment process. The payment must be done within 3x24 hours after checkout or the order will be canceled automatically.
The finished and checked products will be packed with crate. Then, our expedition partner will deliver it to your door. The job of the courier is only to deliver and not to carry or set up the goods inside your building.
The delivery time takes approximately 7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holiday) after the production process. Please be aware that “7 working days†is only a time estimation and may vary due to external factors.
