Purchase
Purchase is
the purchase of a product by You. You can purchase the product we offer on this
Website from time to time. Please be advised, each item you purchase needs to
be produced. The production will take approximately 30 working days, counted
from after the day we receive and verify Your payment.
All prices are
in Indonesian Rupiah. Otherwise clearly stated, the price is excluding taxes,
shipping fee or service fee which all are fully paid by You as the buyer
(“Cost”). Pre order products will be produced only if You have paid Purchasing
Cost, i.e product price plus Cost. If within 3x24 hours since check out, We
have not yet received notification from the payment channel that You have fully
paid Purchasing Cost then Your purchase will be deemed as cancelled. Should You wish to continue the transaction
then You are required to make a re-order.
The payment of
Purchasing Cost must be made in full through the method and the way that We
serve on the Website. The User warrants that the User is authorized or holds
legitimate right to use a credit card, debit card, internet banking, mobile
banking, digital wallet or other payment method that the User uses to make such
payment.
The
shipping of the product You purchased will be undertaken by a delivery service
(“Courier”) which cooperates with Us. The Courier is not Our affiliation nor
part of the Company. You understood and agree that the shipping process
complies to the policy and Terms and Conditions applied by the Courier. Please
recheck Your shipping address to minimize fault in the product shipment.
