Most of our products are made-to-order, however you can contact us for a list of ready made discounted goods.

Upon payment confirmation, production of an order typically takes 30-45 working days before shipment. Delivery lead time varies depending on location.

Deliveries for smaller items will be done by express service and usually takes 3-4 working days once dispatched. Orders with larger volumes will be delivered by a professional logistics and takes 7-10 business days once dispatched.

Karpenter Indonesia only delivers to domestic locations. For overseas inquiries please visit the contact page of our main site.

Not all products are delivered assembled. Some products arrive unassembled and can be assembled independently.

Karpenter does not have a store for offline purchases. However, if you would like to see some of our products in person, our showroom is located in Yogyakarta. Visits can be arranged by booking an appointment here.
