At Karpenter Indonesia, all of our furniture is made to order and delivered with care throughout Indonesia. Please read the following details to understand how we handle shipping.
📍 Delivery Area
We deliver to all major cities and regions within Indonesia.
If you're located in a remote area, delivery may take longer or have limited access. Feel free to contact us to confirm service availability in your area before placing an order.
🛠️ Production Time
Because every item is handcrafted just for you, shipping begins after production is complete.

Production time: Approximately 30–45 working days, depending on the item and volume of order.

We will notify you when your furniture is ready for delivery.
🚚 Delivery Details

Delivery cost varies depending on location in Indonesia plus total volume of order, which will all be calculated and added upon checkout.

Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a delivery time that works for you.
📌 Important: Please ensure that your space is accessible for delivery (e.g., wide enough doors, working elevator, etc.). If delivery is unsuccessful due to limited access or no one being available, redelivery fees may apply.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

🔍 Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your items at the time of delivery.
If anything appears damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours by emailing us at info@solidduo.co.id or our WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos.
