Return & Refund

At Karpenter Indonesia, each piece of furniture is made-to-order and crafted with care. Because of the custom nature of our products, please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.

 

🔁 Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• Otherwise, a 10% cancellation fee from the product price will be deducted from the amount refundable. 

 

📦 Returns

We do not accept returns for made-to-order furniture unless:

• The item was delivered damaged or defective, or

• You received the wrong item

We cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind.

• Items that don’t fit in your space.

• Natural wood variations (color, grain, or knots).

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@solidduo.co.id or our WhatsApp with:

• Your order number.

• Photos of the issue.

• A brief explanation.

 

💰 Refunds

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

• Repair at no cost.

• Replacement of the item.

• Partial or full refund, depending on the case.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

 

📏 Important Notes

Please double-check:

• Product dimensions.

• Entryways and access to your home.

• Delivery details (address and contact).

We cannot refund or return products refused due to limited access or incorrect orders caused by customer input.

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

• Items already assembled, modified, or relocated.
