Welcome to Karpenter Indonesia! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”) and the purchase of made-to-order furniture products (the “Products”) available through our Shopify store, exclusively within Indonesia. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Information

Karpenter is a premium furniture brand offering sustainably made, solid wood pieces. All products are made to order, with delivery across Indonesia.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from our Site, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Residing in Indonesia.

  • Provide accurate and current contact, shipping, and payment information.

3. Products and Orders

3.1 Made-to-Order Policy

All items are crafted upon order. This ensures quality, sustainability, and uniqueness. As such:

  • Production begins after full payment is received

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed and production has started

3.2 Lead Time

Typical production and delivery timeline: 30-45 working days depending on item, order volume and delivery location. You will be notified if delays occur.

3.3 Product Descriptions

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, grain, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable PPN (VAT) and delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex).

  • BCA Virtual Account.

  • QRIS.

Orders are processed only upon full payment confirmation. All online payments are secured and processed by Xendit.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Coverage

We deliver across Indonesia. Some remote areas may have longer delivery timelines or limited access—please contact us before ordering if unsure.

5.2 Delivery Terms

  • Delivery includes placement but not basic assembly.

  • You or a representative must be present to receive the delivery.

  • If no one is available at the scheduled time, re-delivery fees may apply.

5.3 Damaged Goods

Please inspect your items upon delivery. Report any damage or defect within 48 hours with supporting photos via email to info@solidduo.co.id. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

 

 

6. Returns and Cancellations

6.1 Made-to-Order Policy

Due to the custom nature of our furniture:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Cancellations are not permitted once production begins.

6.2 Manufacturing Defects

If your item has a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will:

  • Repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

  • Offer a partial refund depending on the nature of the issue.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Karpenter or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

 

 

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

 

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

 

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
